Lose weight with fast food or high fat diet?

Fast food has a bad reputation. Besides sugary drinks, it is one of the main causes of the epidemic of obesity, which is evoked in all places. Programs are designed to encourage people to take more exercise and better nutrition, does not seem to help much. Now Israeli biochemist jump from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, the fast food industry in the breach and claim that you can lose weight with fast food even if you look at the fat diet incorporating them appropriately.
The recipe is quite simple and, like the scientists in the journal FASEB Journal (Journal of the Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology) reported working at least in mice. You have to give the mice apparently only just at the right times, the high-fat food. Then take it off and not to. Many eat so maybe not the wrong thing, but leads to wrong times. So you could basically eat more fast food rich in fat, or at all, if it ever makes just about the same time. This would improve the digestion, so you do not have to eat less to lose weight.
